I believe every person deserves the experience of feeling deeply understood.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that meaningful change begins with genuine curiosity. It begins by asking, “What has it been like to be you?” When we understand your experiences, relationships, strengths, nervous system, values, and identity as parts of a connected whole, your story often begins to make sense in a new way.

That philosophy became the foundation of the Rise Through Method™—my integrative approach to therapy that helps clients understand themselves, process meaningful experiences, strengthen self-trust, and intentionally build lives that fit who they are.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Working with neurodivergent individuals and families is especially meaningful to me, and I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care that recognizes both strengths and support needs.

My path to becoming a therapist has been anything but traditional. Before counseling, I worked in marketing and branding, music, and healthcare recruiting, experiences that continue to shape the creativity, curiosity, and whole-person perspective I bring to therapy today. Since becoming a counselor, I’ve worked with incarcerated youth, individuals with serious mental illness, and clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences.

Whether we’re meeting for weekly therapy or a more immersive therapeutic experience, my goal is the same: to help you understand yourself more deeply, feel genuinely supported, and create a life that reflects who you are—not who you feel you have to be.
